WebFont Self-Hosted License
The Self-Hosted Webfont License grants you the rights to install each Rsz Type S.L. Webfont on a web server exclusively for displaying content on web pages (domain name) designed with licensed Webfonts.
Each licensed Webfont may only be used for the maximum number of domains and up to the maximum number of monthly page views specified in the purchased Self-Hosted Webfont License invoice. License upgrades are required if the number of domain names or monthly page views exceeds the limits stated in the current license.
1 domain = 1 website, including subdomains.
Each web server and domain name must belong to and/or be directly under the full control of the licensed entity listed on the purchased license. For service providers, a specific license is required for each client project. Any Webfont use or domain name not included in the current license invoice requires an additional Self-Hosted Webfont License.
1 provider = 1 project and/or 1 client.
After full payment is received, the entity listed in the Self-Hosted Webfont License invoice becomes the sole license owner, regardless of the number of domain names or monthly page views covered by the license. The licensed entity must contact Rsz Type S.L. to register any new domain names and arrange for necessary upgrades if required.
Each Rsz Type S.L. Webfont (in .woff and .woff2 formats) can only be delivered by Rsz Type S.L.
This license is valid indefinitely but does not authorize you to:
- Use any Rsz Type S.L. Webfont in an application or commercial product.
- Integrate the Webfont into devices, websites, or software without the appropriate license.
Additionally, this Self-Hosted Webfont License does not allow the use of licensed Webfonts in applications or software designed for computers (e.g., Mac OS, Windows, or similar).
Note: This license is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
