This includes, but is not limited to, commercials, motion pictures, music videos, documentaries, cartoons, TV shows, TV news, TV series, and similar onscreen broadcasts.
Key Terms:

- Each Broadcasting License is limited to the maximum number of titles specified in the purchased invoice (e.g., 1 Broadcasting License = 1 title).
- The license can only be installed on a single computer owned by the entity listed in the Broadcasting License invoice. Additional installations require a separate Desktop License for the corresponding number of users.
- After full payment, the entity listed on the invoice becomes the sole owner of the license, regardless of the number of titles specified.
- The license is valid indefinitely for the number of titles stated in the license invoice.
- Each Broadcasting License covers a single, distinct title (e.g., 1 movie, 1 episode, or 1 issue). Embedded font content may not include derivative products.
- Publishing editable or dynamic text by third parties and integrating the Digital Font file in any manner from broadcasting content files is strictly prohibited.
- Any sequel or adaptation of a title requires an upgrade to the Broadcasting License.
