Server License
The Server License grants the rights to install any Digital Font acquired from Rsz Type S.L. on a secured server. This allows remote users to generate customized documents with embedded fonts in formats such as PDFs, rasterized images, or graphics (.PNG, .JPEG, .TIFF), as well as custom products like T-shirts or cards. Remote users may only download the final design or artwork for a unique and limited use produced by your tool.
Key Terms:
- Creating, designing, distributing, or producing derivative products such as logotypes for uses not supported by your tool is not permitted and requires the acquisition of an Artwork License.
- This license can only be installed on one computer belonging to the entity listed in the Server License invoice. Additional installations require a separate Desktop License for the corresponding number of users.
- Licensed Digital Fonts must be installed on a secured server to ensure remote users cannot access or download the font files in any manner.
- The license is limited to the maximum number of servers specified in the Server License invoice (e.g., 1 server = 1 Server License).
- This license is valid indefinitely for the number of servers listed in the invoice. After full payment, the entity listed on the invoice becomes the sole license owner, provided all servers are located at the same geographic location.
- Each licensed server is limited to generating a maximum of 50,000 documents per month. If this limit is exceeded, an upgraded Server License must be purchased to authorize additional servers or document generation capacity.
- Installing Digital Fonts or granting access to embedded fonts to remote users, processing units, computers (e.g., Mac OS, Windows), applications, or SaaS software is strictly prohibited.
- Fonts will be provided in OpenType format. Please contact us if a different format is required.
This license is valid for 1 year and must be renewed annually.
