Annual ePub License
The ePub License grants you the rights to use each Rsz Type S.L. Digital Font, provided the font is securely embedded within a digital publication for commercial purposes. Examples include, but are not limited to, eBooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers, ePapers, ePublications, and interactive PDFs.
Key Terms:
- All licensed Digital Fonts or glyphs must be securely embedded in each digital publication, which must be a non-executable file designed solely for screen display on any device, application, or software. Supported formats include PDFs, EPUB 2.01, EPUB 3, KF8, and AWZ.
- This license permits installation on one computer for the entity listed on the ePub License invoice. Additional installations require a separate Desktop License for each user.
- Each licensed Digital Font is limited to the number of digital publications specified in the ePub License invoice (e.g., 1 ePub License = 1 Digital Publication).
- After full payment, the entity listed on the ePub License invoice retains sole ownership of the license for the number of publications specified. The license covers one specific issue per ePub title, valid indefinitely for that issue.

Each new issue of a publication requires a separate ePub License. For instance:
A magazine publishing 12 issues annually over 5 years would need an ePub License covering 60 digital publications.
If another title with the same publication frequency is planned, an ePub License covering 120 digital publications would be required.
This license is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
