EULA

Please be careful to read this license agreement for the Digital Font you want to use.

Our products are licensed, not sold. This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the use of Digital Fonts from Resistenza.es, Rsztype.com, or Rsz Type S.L. catalogs. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the fonts, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, which legally bind you to Rsz Type S.L. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use the fonts.

Contract terms and conditions

Upon full payment, Rsz Type S.L. grants you a user license as specified in your invoice. This license is either for limited use or valid for the duration of copyright as defined by international law, starting from the date of contract acceptance.

Ownership of the Digital Font

The Digital Font featured on Rsztype.com, or any Rsz Type S.L. catalogs remains the property of Rsz Type S.L. or its licensed designers and is protected by Spanish and international copyright laws. Modifying, disassembling, decompiling, extracting, altering, merging with other software, or using any part of the font design for purposes beyond the licensee’s personal use is strictly prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting.

Artwork: Final document prepared for production and professional use.
Broadcasting Content: Any image flow or video content for distribution or projection, including TV, cinema, VOD, Internet, etc.
Computer: A device that processes digital information.
Derivative Artwork: Commercial products created from glyph(s) or Digital Fonts by Rsz Type S.L.
Device: Equipment like computers, tablets, hardware, or software.
Digital Font: Software containing typeface designs, outlines, glyphs, and metrics, plus any accompanying data or documentation.
Digital Publication: Marketed digital documents set in Rsz Type S.L. fonts.
ePub: Digital publication format for smartphones, tablets, or e-readers.
Free: Digital Fonts available at no cost for use on a computer.
Non-Commercial: Projects without a commercial purpose or third-party profit.
Intellectual Property: Typeface designs protected by the Spanish Intellectual Property Code.
Internal Network: Private network accessible only by employees.
Internal User: Single-company users.
Medium: Communication or storage systems like publications or broadcasts.
Mobile App: Programs for mobile devices, downloadable via platforms.
Mobile Platform: Operating systems like iOS, Android, or Windows Phone.
Server: A computer providing services within a network.
Social Media: Any image and video related social account, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube.
User: Authorized individuals to install and use the Digital Font.
Workstation: Any non-server computer, e.g., desktops, laptops, or tablets.
Website: Related web pages under a domain, accessible online or via LAN.
Self-Hosted Webfont: Webfonts installed on servers for secure use.
Unique Identifier: Attribute identifying specific web page elements or ads.
Webfonts: Fonts in .woff/.woff2 designed for website text display.

User License: General Use

Rsz Type S.L. grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Font on the number of Devices or Mediums specified in your license. Users may install and use the font within these limits as outlined in your license type: Desktop, Artwork, App, ePub, Broadcasting, Server, or Corporate.

The font cannot be installed on publicly accessible servers or shared online. Webfont subscriptions must be obtained through authorized distributors, and converting Digital Fonts into Webfonts is prohibited. Any derived work, such as EPS files or illustrations, must comply with the original licensing terms and cannot be sublicensed, given, or sold without written permission.

Upgrades or additional licenses may be required if:

Usage exceeds the permitted Users or Devices in your license.
Fonts are used across multiple locations (Desktop License).
Server-based applications exceed permitted Users (Server License).
Fonts are used in commercial products (Artwork, App, ePub, Broadcasting, or Corporate Licenses).
Fonts are used to create artworks or digital files (Artwork License).
Fonts are embedded in devices or media (App, ePub, Broadcasting, or Corporate Licenses).

Backup & Transfer

Backup copies of the Digital Font are allowed solely for data backup. The font or its documentation cannot be resold, rented, sublicensed, or shared. Upon agreement termination, all copies must be destroyed. Unauthorized use of backups breaches this agreement and ends the license immediately. Transfers to third parties require a separate agreement with Rsz Type S.L.

Typeface credits

The end user agrees to credit Rsz Type S.L. by including the font name, © designer name, and Rsz Type S.L. in the colophon or where printer and general credits appear, in line with copyright laws and conventions.

Working with clients, third parties

If you are a studio, agency, or designer, your client must purchase their own license for using the Digital Font. If you buy a license on behalf of a client, they must accept the corresponding end-user license on rsztype.com before download or installation. Projects for clients require you to have your own license as well. Additional licenses or upgrades can be purchased at rsztype.com.

The original license does not cover temporary employees or contractors. Digital Font files cannot be shared with third parties; all content must be vectorized, embedded in an image (e.g., PNG, JPG, TIFF), or included in a secure PDF for personal or business use only.

Embedding

Embedding the Digital Font in documents, applications, web pages, or devices is allowed only as a secure subset for viewing and printing (read-only) and for Personal or Internal Business Use. Editing requires recipients to belong to the Licensed Unit. A specific license is required for embedding that allows editing or distribution to third parties. See Artwork, App, ePub, Broadcasting, Server, or Corporate License.

Server Uses

The Digital Font may not be installed on servers accessible via networks unless secured. Users included in the Server License may set text but cannot access or download the Digital Font file.

Liability & Termination

The end user commits himself to undertake all necessary steps to prevent unauthorised access to the Digital Font delivered with your end-user license and to any copies of such. The end user agrees to inform the end user’s employees or any person who has access to the Digital Font to ensure that they shall strictly abide by these terms and conditions described in this end user license agreement. This end user license agreement shall automatically terminate in the event that the end user breaches any term or condition set forth herein. Notwithstanding any termination of this License, Rsz Type S.L. reserves the explicit right to assert any further claims (specifically information, compensation for damages, etc.). This end user license agreement may only be modified by a writing signed by an authorised officer of Rsz Type S.L. In the event that the end user would not comply with the clauses of the present end user license agreement, Rsz Type S.L., reserves the right to immediately terminate this License Agreement, without any financial compensation, whatsoever. In this case, the end user would have to turn over the Digital Fonts, its components and digital data to Rsz Type S.L., and destroy all the copies held by him within seven (7) days starting the date of termination, thus prohibiting any further use. At the request of Rsz Type S.L., the end user would be obliged to provide written assurance that said deletion has occurred.

Warranty & Disclaimer

The Digital Font is provided "as is." Rsz Type S.L. offers no warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose. Liability for misuse or third-party damages is excluded. Warranty obligations are limited to 30 days. Rsz Type S.L. may amend this EULA without notice.
